3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (plus shift handoff time)
Employment Type:
Contract-to-Hire (Potential for direct hire!) Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for driving production efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and leading a team in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee employee activities on the production floor Support and enforce quality systems and standards Drive continuous improvement initiatives within production Address and resolve employee concerns and operational issues Ensure customer quality standards are consistently met Maintain high standards for safety, housekeeping, and equipment maintenance Monitor employee attendance and maintain accurate records Enforce departmental discipline and company policies Manage daily timekeeping and production reporting Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business or 5+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment Experience with machine setup preferred Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication (written and verbal) Self-motivated with the ability to lead and develop teams Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed Ability to travel occasionally for training or customer/supplier meetings Strong attendance record Preferred Experience Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Kanban Experience leading projects and process improvements Passion for continuous improvement and growth into management Please send your resume to brittany@canadianexecutivesearch.com CESGUS
