We are seeking a dependable, organized, and motivated Site Supervisor to help oversee projects, support crews, maintain quality standards, and ensure every job is completed according to scope and company expectations. Position Overview The Site Supervisor serves as the eyes and ears of the Project Manager in the field. This role is responsible for job site oversight, quality control, documentation, material management, and supporting production crews to keep projects moving efficiently. ResponsibilitiesJob Site Oversight Monitor active job sites to ensure work is completed according to scope, code requirements, and company standards Perform quality control inspections throughout all phases of construction Identify issues early and communicate them to the Project Manager Ensure crews maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment Documentation & Reporting Take and organize project photos throughout all phases of work Document pre-existing conditions and job progress Submit reports, updates, and project documentation as required Verify completed work matches project scope Material & Equipment Management Verify materials delivered match project specifications Coordinate material pickups, returns, and deliveries as needed Monitor material usage and identify shortages before they impact production Maintain organization of company vehicles, trailers, tools, and shop areas Crew Support Assist crews with repairs, punch-list items, and labor support when needed Support gutter crews, roofing crews, siding crews, and subcontractors to help maintain project schedules Help solve job site challenges and remove obstacles that could delay production Communication Maintain regular communication with the Project Manager regarding: Job progress Change orders Material needs Production delays Quality concerns Provide professional customer interaction when necessary QualificationsRequired Must live within the Fort Wayne, Indiana area Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Construction experience required Basic knowledge of roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and exterior remodeling Ability to work independently and manage multiple job sites Strong communication and problem-solving skills Reliable, punctual, and highly organized Comfortable working outdoors and traveling locally between projects Preferred 2+ years of experience in roofing, siding, gutter, window, or exterior construction Previous supervisory or project coordination experience Experience reading scopes of work and identifying installation issues Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset What We're Looking For The ideal candidate: Learns quickly and takes initiative Has patience and a positive attitude Is dependable and accountable Takes pride in doing things the right way Is willing to go the extra mile when needed Wants long-term growth opportunities within a growing company Compensation & Benefits Starting pay: $16.00 per hour 30-day performance review with opportunity for a raise based on performance, reliability, and initiative Company vehicle provided for work-related travel Fuel expenses covered Opportunities for advancement and career growth Ongoing training and development Supportive team environment Stable, year-round work Join the Faze Construction Team If you're a hands-on construction professional who enjoys solving problems, supporting crews, and ensuring projects are completed at the highest level, we'd love to hear from you.
