US Lumber, an SBP Brand, is currently looking for a Working Production Supervisor to join our team to oversee our production operations. You'll guarantee that manufacturing remains a smooth and efficient process by monitoring employees and organizing workflows. Many of this position's responsibilities will be done in an outdoor environment. This is a first shift position, M-F 6:30am to 3:30pm . In this role you will focus on:
Responsibilities:
Working Supervisor position. Provide strong leadership and direction for a wood processing production team Be held accountable to attain daily production goals, manufacturing efficiencies and product quality. Organize machinery placement to maximize production flow Manage inventory usage and waste. Be creative in utilizing all the material Be responsible for employee safety and direct a strong focus in maintaining a safe, clean & organized work environment Handle multiple projects and see projects through to a successful conclusion
Qualifications:
3 to 5 years in Manufacturing Environment Basic Math and Analytical Skills Forklift Experience Must be willing to work in and tolerate outdoor environments in all seasons of the year.
