• Second Shift Production Supervisor
• The 2nd Shift Supervisor will provide leadership and guidance to a team for 40-50 team members. This candidate will have the authority on personnel decisions, hiring, performance, and/or disciplinary action. The ideal candidate will have the ability think critically, meet deadlines, and lead a dynamic team.

Shift Hours:

Monday-Friday, 3:30pm-12:00am; Saturdays, as needed

• What You Will Do:

• + Implements and administers organizational functions or processes, ensuring that they are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with established policies and regulations.

+ Tracks processes, preparing reports for management detailing quality or quality of departmental actions. + Assigns staff to tasks based on availability or expertise. + Monitors team or department efficiency and ensures that output meets expectations.

• What You Need to

Succeed:

• + High School Diploma + 3+ years of Supervisory or Leadership experience required + Proven track record of leading teams and people + Analytical mindset + Working knowledge of lean principles and methodologies

• Additional Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• + Associates or Bachelor's Degree + Experience in a manufacturing setting
