The Impact Youll MakeThe Line Coordinator supports daily pack line operations to ensure production goals, product quality, order accuracy, food safety, and timely workflow. This role helps organize and monitor the work of Packers, supports training and onboarding, ensures teammates have the supplies and information needed to succeed, and communicates production, quality, and safety issues to the Production Supervisor and Production Manager.

This position works in a fast-paced food production environment and requires strong communication, attention to detail, sound judgment, and a team-oriented approach.

What Youll Be Responsible ForLearn and understand the Companys packaging processes, basic packaging techniques, product labels, and food safety procedures.

Support the onboarding and training of new team members, including reinforcing standard operating procedures, food safety expectations, quality standards, and safe work practices.

Organize, monitor, and support daily production activities on the assigned line to help ensure order accuracy, quality, and timeliness.

Ensure Packers have the supplies, tools, product information, and support needed to complete assigned work effectively.

Monitor workflow and communicate staffing, supply, quality, productivity, or safety concerns to the Production Supervisor or Production Manager.

Create product tags for teammates in the Order Assembly department as needed, including when products change or tags are requested.

Maintain product quality standards and help ensure finished product meets customer specifications.

Monitor product yield and take appropriate steps to help reduce waste.

Promote teamwork by providing guidance, encouragement, motivation, and clear communication to team members.

Follow and reinforce departmental procedures, safety guidelines, good manufacturing practices, food safety policies, and safe food handling measures.

Identify and report safety hazards, food safety concerns, quality concerns, equipment issues, or other operational problems promptlyProvide feedback and recommendations that may support teammate engagement and retention.

Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Shift8am-4:30pm Monday-Saturday, with one day off during the weekWhat You BringHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.

At least 6 months of production, manufacturing, food production, or related experience required; 1 or more years preferred.

Experience working with food safety procedures, good manufacturing practices, or safe food handling measures preferred.

What Makes You Successful Here Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing production environment while maintaining quality, food safety, and workplace safety standards.

Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors, follow verbal and written instructions, and escalate concerns appropriately.

Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred.

Basic computer and keyboarding skills preferred.

Proven reliability, punctuality, and consistent attendance.

Comfort working around production equipment and machinery in accordance with training and safety procedures.

Weekend availability may be required based on business needs.
