The supervisor is responsible for communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.

Responsibities:

Provide leadership and supervision to the Mill Products departments Interface with team members on a daily basis and act as the first line of command in resolving problems and maintaining efficient, orderly workflow Ensuring on-time delivery, management of the flow of materials/parts and control of inventory Coordinate workloads and department schedules Oversees and or conducts training of new and existing employees Accurate and timely production reporting Continued assessment of cost reduction opportunities through the utilization of resources to remove process costs, improve efficiencies, and develop creative staffing strategies

Qualification:

High school diploma or GED equivalent Associates degree in a technical field of studies or equivalent education. - Preferred Knowledge of Powdered Metals manufacturing or Machining background At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment Two years of Supervisory experience preferred or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong Microsoft Office programs such as
