ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for an experienced Production Lead to join a fast-paced manufacturing team in Indiana. In this role, you'll take the lead on daily production operations, guiding a team to meet quality standards and output goals — all while being the go-to communicator between floor staff and management. Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are required to effectively support our diverse workforce.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead and guide assembly staff, providing clear instructions and daily directionSet up and monitor the production line to maximize efficiency and minimize reworkBuild First Articles and coordinate with QA and Account Managers for approvalsTrain production workers and support the Operations Manager with performance evaluationsAudit assembly kits and evaluate non-conforming materials during productionOperate packaging equipment (tappers, L-sealers, shrink wrap, auto bagger, serial scanners, etc.)Maintain accurate data reporting and process disciplinePromote quality, safety, and environmental awareness on the floorPlan and communicate staffing requirements to supervisorsKeep the production area clean, organized, and fully compliant with safety procedures

WHAT YOU BRING

Bilingual:

fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written) — REQUIREDMinimum 3 years of lead experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentAbility to read and understand assembly instructions, drawings, and BOMsHigh School Diploma or equivalentComfortable with Windows and Microsoft Office applicationsExperience with Bartender label print software and serial scanning systems is a plusAbility to lift, pull, and push up to 30 lbs. and stand for 7-8 hours per shiftStrong communication skills — you can lead a team AND report up clearly
