Job Summary We are seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations within our production facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, mechanical knowledge, and hands-on experience in factory environments. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating assembly line activities, ensuring safety standards are met, and maintaining efficient workflow to meet production goals. This role offers an opportunity to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing setting while upholding high quality standards. Duties Supervise and coordinate assembly line activities to ensure smooth and efficient production processes. Monitor daily operations within the manufacturing facility, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions. Ensure all team members adhere to safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment and safe handling of tools and machinery. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and workstations to maintain optimal mechanical function and safety compliance. Provide training and guidance to warehouse staff on factory procedures, tool usage, and safety practices. Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure products meet specifications and standards before packaging and shipment. Maintain accurate production records, inventory levels, and reporting documentation for management review. Skills Proven experience working in a manufacturing facility with a focus on assembly line supervision. Mechanical knowledge related to factory machinery, tools, and equipment maintenance. Familiarity with factory safety regulations and best practices in manufacturing environments. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing production schedules and inventory. Pay:
$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
