WFQ is seeking a Production Supervisor for one of our customers in Lafayette, IN. This is a direct hire position. The primary purpose of this role is to serve as the first level of authority in the workplace, providing leadership, coaching, and clear direction to ensure people work safely, meet customer demand, solve problems, eliminate waste, and achieve goals. Salary range is between $65-75k depending on experience. Production Supervisor:

The Production Shift Supervisor requires technical and interpersonal skills essential to teamwork. Major duties include but are not limited to: Meeting or exceeding production goals and people initiatives within a traditional unit supervisor role. General duties for the Production Shift Supervisor include but are not limited to: Leading safety initiatives. Monitoring performance against goals and implementing corrective actions to meet goals. Identifying and implementing improvement plans. Solving problems to the root to prevent a recurrence. Effectively communicating with others within and outside the workgroup . Managing labor relations and conflict issues within the workgroup Maintaining visual systems within the area of accountability. Production Supervisor:

Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a production environment. Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Pay:

$65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
