Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Team Leader - Injection Molding to oversee daily production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for supervising production associates, maintaining quality standards, ensuring safety compliance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Candidates with experience as a Production Lead, Manufacturing Team Lead, Shift Lead, Cell Leader, Production Supervisor, or Injection Molding Technician are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Leadership & Team Development Lead, coach, and support production associates to achieve daily production goals. Assign work and provide direction to team members throughout the shift. Promote a positive and team-oriented work environment. Address workflow issues and assist with employee performance development. Train new hires and support cross-training initiatives. Production Operations Coordinate daily production activities to meet schedules and customer requirements. Monitor workflow and address bottlenecks to maximize efficiency. Work closely with planning and operations teams to prioritize production needs. Ensure proper operation of injection molding processes and equipment. Quality Assurance Monitor production to ensure products meet quality standards. Identify defects and work with quality personnel to implement corrective actions. Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts. Safety Compliance Enforce company safety policies and procedures. Promote a culture of safety and accountability. Participate in and conduct safety meetings. Ensure proper use of PPE and safe work practices. Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent. Manufacturing experience required. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word. Ability to read and interpret work instructions and production reports. Basic math and analytical skills. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift. Frequent use of hands and manufacturing equipment. Ability to lift up to 80 pounds. Must comply with all PPE and safety requirements.
