Job Summary:
A growing food manufacturing organization is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations within its Indianapolis facility. This role is responsible for ensuring production efficiency, maintaining product quality, and upholding food safety standards. The supervisor will lead a small team and foster a positive, accountable work environment. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required to effectively support and communicate with the workforce.
Job Duties:
Supervise daily production to meet safety, quality, and output goals.

Lead, coach, and support a team of 8-10 production employees.

Monitor production performance and maintain accurate records.

Enforce food safety, GMP, and safety procedures.

Communicate with leadership and support continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications:
2+ years of manufacturing experience; food production preferred.

Previous leadership or supervisory experience.

Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).Knowledge of production processes, safety, and quality standards.
