A growing food manufacturing organization is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations within its Indianapolis facility. This role is responsible for ensuring production efficiency, maintaining product quality, and upholding food safety standards. The supervisor will lead a small team and foster a positive, accountable work environment.
