Heartline Staffing is recruiting an Assistant Foreman for an onsite construction and installation opportunity in Osceola, Indiana. This is a hands-on position for someone with construction or installation experience who wants to develop leadership skills and take on increasing responsibility while working alongside an experienced Foreman and installation crew. Pool installation experience is a plus, but it is not required. Candidates with relevant construction or installation experience, basic equipment operation skills, a strong work ethic, and an interest in growing into greater leadership responsibility are encouraged to apply.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Assistant Foreman supports daily onsite operations by assisting the Foreman with planning, organizing and executing installation work. This position combines hands-on construction work, equipment operation, jobsite preparation, crew support, troubleshooting and leadership development.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Support daily onsite operations by assisting the Foreman with planning, organizing and executing installation tasks Lead by example through strong work ethic, professionalism and consistent adherence to safety and quality standards Guide crew members by demonstrating techniques, providing direction and helping newer team members learn Safely and effectively operate tools and equipment, including excavation tools and installation machinery Assist with jobsite layout, material staging, equipment checks and site cleanup Communicate project needs clearly with the Foreman and team to help keep installations on schedule Troubleshoot onsite challenges and assist with practical, timely solutions Promote a positive team environment built on collaboration, respect and accountability

Onsite position in Osceola, Indiana Outdoor work in varying weather conditions Physical construction and installation work Hands-on equipment and tool operation

Requirements:

Construction or installation experience

REQUIRED

Willingness to learn leadership skills and take on increasing responsibility

Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions and performing physical tasks

Basic equipment operation skills with openness to training on specialized tools

REQUIRED
