TMMI EC Supervisor

Toyota Indiana - Experience Center SupervisorToyota Indiana is seeking an Experience Center Supervisor to manage daily operations and lead a team of Ambassadors while delivering a positive guest experience.

This role requires a personable leader who is confident speaking to groups and engaging guests of all ages. Duties include narrating scripted tours and driving electric trams in an active manufacturing environment with AGVs and industrial equipment.

Responsibilities include leading up to eight Ambassadors; managing schedules, reservations, and customer satisfaction; coordinating contractors; training staff on tours, safety talks, tram driving, and front-desk duties; overseeing special tours and events; tracking KPI data; supporting projects and facility improvements; partnering with plant departments; and serving as backup for all roles.

Qualifications:

Must be 18+ with a high school diploma and prior supervisory experience. Strong communication, organization, customer service, and Microsoft Office skills required. Ability to work with executives, VIPs, maintain reliable attendance, and work flexible hours.

Preferred:

Some college, automotive manufacturing experience, bilingual English/Spanish.
