Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Production Supervisor for our first shift to lead our manufacturing team. In this role, you will oversee daily production operations, ensure safety and quality standards are met, and motivate your team to achieve operational excellence. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with factory experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about manufacturing. Duties Ensures full compliance with all Agrati and government Environmental Health & Safety standards, policies, and procedures. Implement lean manufacturing concepts including continuous improvement and 5S. Ensure that all work activities are performed in accordance with established environmental, health, safety, quality and compliance standards Direct, train, mentor and assist employees in the operation and set up of diversified types of cold heading, roll threading, and secondary operations equipment. Assist to track production employees' operations and EH&S training. Direct factory teams in the manufacturing of product to meet customer quality and on-time delivery needs. Supervise work teams and individuals in the areas of personnel actions in compliance with Company policies. Schedule/approve time and attendance, including overtime, vacations and other personnel administrative requests. Assist in setting and achieving productivity and quality targets for the various teams. Coach teams in their continuous improvement efforts. Establish procedures by which the teams/operators perform preventative maintenance activities. Prepare daily production reports and forms; other reporting as requested. Interact with other Departments and Upper Management; including attending meetings. Perform other tasks as needed in support of group teams and leaders. Ongoing training in supervisory skills or pertinent duties may be required. Experience Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management, Business or a management-related field. Equivalent experience may be substituted. Minimum of 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment; preferably in the automotive fastener Hands-on mechanical knowledge with familiarity using hand tools, power tools, forklifts, and warehouse equipment Previous supervisory or team-leading experience in a manufacturing setting preferred Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing environment Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting while managing multiple priorities Join us to be part of a forward-thinking company that values innovation, teamwork, and continuous growth.
