Ensure product quality, food safety, and production efficiency. Implement production standards for bread and roll manufacturing. Coordinate labor, ingredients, and equipment to meet production goals. Promote safety, continuous improvement, and cost control. Troubleshoot production issues and collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, and Sanitation teams. Qualifications - Production Supervisor 5+ years of experience in high-speed food or bakery manufacturing required. 3+ years of production supervisory experience. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Food or bakery manufacturing experience required. Bread and/or roll manufacturing experience preferred. Union leadership experience preferred.
