Responsibilities Operate and monitor machinery used in frozen food production, ensuring optimal performance and safety compliance Assist in the preparation, packaging, and labeling of frozen food products according to specifications Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of production areas and equipment in accordance with

HACCP, GMP

(Good Manufacturing Practices), and sanitation standards Follow all FDA regulations related to food safety, handling, and storage procedures Conduct quality checks throughout production runs to identify defects or deviations from quality standards Manage warehouse inventory by accurately receiving, storing, and organizing frozen products using forklift equipment when necessary Ensure proper documentation of production activities, including batch records and sanitation logs Support adherence to food safety protocols by participating in regular training and audits Collaborate with team members across shifts to meet production goals while maintaining safety standards Assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues with equipment through basic mechanical knowledge Requirements Prior experience in food production or manufacturing environments, preferably within the food processing plant sector Knowledge of FDA regulations, HACCP principles, CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices), and food safety standards Understanding of food processing techniques and packaging procedures specific to frozen foods Mechanical aptitude with basic troubleshooting skills for manufacturing equipment Ability to operate forklifts safely; certification is a plus Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Basic math skills for measurements, weight calculations, and inventory management Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant work environment Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting within the food industry This position is integral to our commitment to delivering safe, high-quality frozen foods while ensuring compliance with all industry regulations.
