Job Description

Responsibilities Operational Leadership Lead and support daily Tool Room operations and tooling maintenance activities Coordinate repair priorities to support production needs and minimize downtime Support preventive maintenance programs for molds and tooling systems Review downtime and efficiency reports to identify improvement opportunities Coordinate activities with Maintenance, Scheduling, Molding, Printing, and other departments Communicate priorities, updates, and operational expectations across all shifts Team Development & Accountability Support onboarding, training, and development of Tool Room employees Conduct employee evaluations and provide performance feedback Reinforce accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement Enforce company policies, safety standards, SOPs, and good manufacturing practices Systems & Process Support Maintain tooling maintenance records and documentation Support the development and improvement of Tool Room processes and procedures Assist with tooling-related organization, workflow, and operational systems Make recommendations for tooling and capital improvement needs Assist with recruiting and interviewing activities Support other Amcor facilities as needed Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as needed Perform Thermoforming Tooling Technician duties as required Complete additional assignments as directed by the Tooling Manager Participate in required pre-shift stretching activities unless medically exempt

Work Arrangement:
100% on-site. This is a manufacturing environment supporting thermoforming production operations. You will work closely with tooling, maintenance, engineering, and production teams to support safe, efficient, and consistent operations across all shifts.
