In this position... The Material, Planning & Logistics Supervisor position is a supervisory leadership role supported by on-the-job training, development, and opportunity for career progression.MPL Supervisors are:

- Supervise, evaluate, and empower an hourly team that produces manufactured products, and organize workflow to meet quality and daily productivity requirements
- Ensure safety, quality, and productivity objectives are met through coaching standardized work, verifying lines are running safely, smoothly, and producing quality parts
- Drive to exceed personal, team, Company goals by holding self & team to high performance standards through servant leadership
- Build strong interpersonal relationships with hourly team members, union, and management teams
Skills Required:
Logistics, Material Planning Experience Required:
- 1+ years of supervisory in a Material Planning and Logistic manufacturing environment
- Working knowledge in
Microsoft:
Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook- Ability to work rotating shifts and hours, including nights and weekends
