Ensure necessary manpower, equipment and components are available to meet customer demand. Review prior shift pass down to prioritize actions needed to fulfil production requirements. Coordinate daily staff meeting to discuss current production status, past issues and upcoming activities. Compile KPI data for daily management review. Monitor current running status and open issues throughout the day. Train and develop Supervisors and manage the Performance Review process and their career development. Review and/or complete end of shift report and distribute to manager and appropriate personnel.
Additional Responsibilities:
Coordinate Scrap review meetings with Supervisors and support functions. Participate in staff selection and recruitment process. Perform Daily Operator efficiency reviews and provide root cause of any issues. Participate in LPA audits. Audit and enforce 5S standards. Essential Common Requirements for all
