We are looking for a driven and experienced Production Manager to lead our production team and help deliver world-class service and results. In this role, you will lead and manage the Production team to drive efficiency, maintain quality standards, and ensure alignment with budget and schedule goals. This includes planning, organizing, and overseeing daily production activities while developing team members and ensuring projects are completed safely and successfully. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in the field, leads by example, and is passionate about building people, systems, and exceptional projects in foundation, concrete, basement, and crawlspace repair.

Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and develop a team of construction foremen and installers Perform regular jobsite inspections to reinforce quality, safety, and training opportunities Communicate with homeowners to ensure a remarkable customer experience Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed Ensure crews are operating efficiently while meeting production goals and deadlines Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement

Requirements:

Proven ability to manage, motivate, guide, and develop teams to meet and exceed business goals Strong verbal and written communication skills Experienced field leader with a background in construction, foundation repair, concrete, or structural work Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Proficient computer and technology skills
