We are seeking a talented Production Technician Supervisor to join our team at St Matthews Pharmacy. The PTS position performs a mixture of pharmacy technician duties, oversees a team of pharmacy technicians focused on specified areas of work within the pharmacy and is a point of contact / champion of their assigned program. This position emphasizes leadership, innovation, collaboration, and advocacy in the assigned program field i.e. substance use disorder, biologics and infectious disease. This role serves as a frontline operational leader responsible for driving team performance, productivity, and engagement within the assigned area of the Specialty Pharmacy. The Production Technician Supervisor is accountable for building a high-performing team, ensuring consistent execution of standardized workflows, and achieving defined operational, quality, and service-level outcomes. This position requires strong people leadership, decision-making, and the ability to lead through growth and change. The Tech Supervisor reports to the Clinical Services Manager .

Monday- Friday 830am-5pm Exempt/ Salaried $66,000.00- $75,000.00 annually Sign on bonus Essential Functions:
Leadership Expectations Own overall team performance, engagement, and retention for direct reports Build and maintain a high-performing, accountable technician team aligned to organizational expectations Provide structured coaching, feedback, and development planning for all team members Conduct performance management activities, including addressing underperformance and reinforcing behavioral standards Lead daily team huddles, priorities, and communication to ensure alignment and execution Partner with HR and leadership on hiring, onboarding, and talent development initiatives Lead day-to-day operations of a team of pharmacy technicians, ensuring execution, accountability, and alignment to performance expectations Communicate, reinforce, and drive achievement of operational goals, ensuring team accountability to defined productivity, quality, and service metrics Drive operational excellence in your dedicated focus area, ensuring adherence to all SOPs and policies with appropriate documentation. Responsible for achieving defined operational performance metrics, including productivity, quality, accuracy, turnaround times, and service levels Assign and prioritize work to optimize workflow efficiency, resource utilization, and service levels Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and development support to improve individual and team performance Interface cross-departmentally, including with sales, as the champion of their disease states. Participate in candidate interviews and inform hiring decision in collaboration with the VP of Ops and Human Resources. Manage team scheduling, payroll approvals, and overtime in alignment with operational needs and labor compliance requirements Maintain accurate records, including employee attendance, training documentation and performance data, for direct reports. Serve as the program champion for assigned specialty areas, driving operational execution, growth, patient outcomes, and provider satisfaction Monitor and support program performance, including patient adherence, service quality, and operational efficiency associated with assigned specialty focus Foster strong relationships with related organizations, clients, and healthcare providers to create a network of support and resources for the program. Collaborate and partner with peers i.e. additional Production Technician Supervisor. Support strategic planning efforts, understanding and meeting measurable goals set for the program?s growth and success. Exhibit ethical leadership, maintaining high standards of integrity and professionalism in all aspects of program management. Regularly solicit feedback and use suggestions from clients, staff, and others to improve the program. Support organizational growth initiatives, including onboarding new programs, scaling operations, and adapting to evolving business needs Perform Pharmacy Technician duties, including but not limited to: Maintain competency in core technician responsibilities and provide support as needed to ensure operational continuity; primary focus remains on leadership, oversight, and team performance Perform data entry, including patient demographic, billing, medical history, and prescription information. Dispense and package medications under the direction of the on-duty pharmacist. Answer phones and conducts customer outreach calls regarding compliance and routine matters in accordance with the patient management program. Report any misconduct, suspicious or unethical activities to the Compliance Officer. Ensure compliance with all licensure and federal, state, and local laws and regulations; observe the company's policies on "best practices." Assist in resolving patient concerns and complaints. Report product incidents as required in accordance with company policy. Participate in surveys conducted by authorized inspection agencies. Participate in the company's Performance Improvement program as requested. Participate in in-service education programs provided by the company. Pursue continuing education programs appropriate to job responsibilities and registration requirements. Know regulatory requirements and accreditation standards applicable to the job duties and ensure compliance with these in conducting activities. Additional Duties:

Active registration/certification from the KY Board of Pharmacy as a Pharmacy Technician; registered in good standing. 5+ years? experience and/or training as a Registered Pharmacy Technician, Required. Associate or bachelor?s degree or equivalent work experience, preferred. 1+ year experience in a supervisor or supervisory role required training, developing, or managing a team of 3+ people, preferred. National certification (e.g. PTCB) preferred. Experience using Pioneer, preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Current knowledge of all applicable state and federal pharmacy laws, rules, and regulations. Proficiency using a computer and ability to navigate computerized systems, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and pharmacy operation systems like Pioneer. Physical Requirements:
Position is located on-site at the pharmacy. Light to moderate physical effort (lift/carry up to 30 lbs.) - Heavier weights with assistance. Sitting & standing for long periods of time; also required to speak and hear. Repetitive motions and/or prolonged computer use. The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and sit, as well as talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
