Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and experienced Night Shift Foreman to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a crew to produce high-quality work, maintaining smooth workflow between shifts, and ensuring the shop continues to meet customer deadlines.

Schedule:

Monday - Thursday 3:00pm - 2:00am

Key Responsibilities:

Enforce and promote safety procedures in every aspect of the operation. Work alongside the night shift workforce as a working Forman. Supervise night shift crew to ensure production goals and quality standards are met. Coordinate workflow between shifts to maintain project continuity. Report directly to the Shop Project Manager and complete daily timesheets accurately. Maintain equipment and ensure all work is performed to company and industry standards.

Qualifications:

Strong technical knowledge of welding processes and equipment. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings. Proven leadership and communication skills to motivate and manage a team effectively. Prior experience in a supervisory or foreman role preferred.

Experience:

Several years of hands - on welding and fabrication experience, with specific experience in a supervisory or lead role.
