A Production Plant Foreman works with the Plant Manager or Supervisor in scheduling the activities of the employees and team leaders. Meets regularly with the team leaders to communicate anticipated production sequences, to discuss potential production problems, and to provide opportunity for input on improvement of work processes and work flow. Assist in assuring quality and safety of production procedures.

Retirement Savings Basic Qualifications:
College degree, or equivalent work experience in related job function. Requires a self-motivated, results-oriented individual with good analytical and communication skills, excellent planning and organizational skills and a demonstrated commitment to the process of continuous improvement. A solid understanding of manufacturing practices and equipment is required. Must have the ability to work well with people at all levels and facilitate change and growth as needed in a team environment. Must have management level knowledge of accounting, purchasing, engineering and employee relations.Preferred Qualifications:
Prefer a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in manufacturing / wood products / management, including demonstrated responsibility for all areas identified. Prefer Bachelor of Science, or technical degree in related field (Engineering, Forestry, Wood Science).Benefits
