[City, State] We are seeking an experienced Fabrication Manager to oversee daily fabrication operations for a growing manufacturing operation. This is a hands-on leadership position ideal for someone with strong CNC , welding and fabrication knowledge who can lead a team, manage workflow, troubleshoot production issues, and keep projects moving on schedule. The right candidate will be comfortable working on the production floor while also managing employees, equipment, materials, scheduling, and quality standards. Responsibilities Lead and supervise fabrication and welding personnel Coordinate daily production schedules and workflow Assign work and ensure projects are completed accurately and on time Operate, set up, and calibrate CNC equipment as needed Troubleshoot fabrication, welding, CNC , and mechanical issues Monitor production quality and ensure finished products meet specifications Manage raw materials, inventory, and production supplies Coordinate material needs to prevent production delays Train, coach, and provide direction to fabrication team members Maintain an organized, efficient, and safe production environment Communicate production status, delays, material needs, and other issues to management Adjust schedules and priorities as production demands change Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and workflow Qualifications Strong CNC , fabrication and welding experience required CNC equipment operation, setup, and calibration experience Previous personnel management, supervisory, or team leadership experience Experience with production scheduling and workflow management Inventory and material management experience Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting ability Excellent organizational and communication skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment Ability to keep employees and projects on schedule Dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable taking ownership of production operations Preferred Experience Experience in one or more of the following industries is highly preferred: Automotive Off-road fabrication Powersports Motorsports Custom metal fabrication Compensation $25.00-$28.00 per hour , depending on experience and qualifications.
