• Full-time Servpro of South Springfield/Agawam is looking for an experienced Restoration Production Crew Chief to lead 1-2 production crews join our growing team.

Must have minimum 2 years prior experience as a mitigation crew chief or construction foreman. Candidate must be a self-motivated, high achieving, experienced leader who can think and act independently while setting a positive example. Must be committed to emergency response, timely, quality and effective job completions. This individual will lead junior team members by setting a positive example. Must be structured, reliable, disciplined and committed to success. Successful candidate will leverage professional and effective communication to ensure positive client and customer service as well as have the ability to handle both administrative and production functions. The following are the primary Roles and Responsibilities of a SERVPRO® Restoration Production Crew Chief. .

Executive:

Customer Satisfaction

• Monitor, communicate, and respond to customer needs.

Production:

Production Crew and Restoration Job Management Adhere to 1-4-8 job response. Oversee jobsite management. Perform production processes as scheduled. Supervise production technicians. Manage job file documentation. Coach and train production technicians.

Production:

Jobsite/Employee Appearance Make sure that the jobsite is left with a clean and orderly appearance. Make sure employees follow SERVPRO® uniform policy.

Human Resources:

Communication Management Ensure clear two-way communication with manager. Ensure clear two-way communication with office staff. Ensure clear two-way communication with production technicians. Communicate clear expectations to production technicians.

Executive:

Professional and Personal Development Continue development of production skills and expertise of services, cleaning products, and equipment. Continue development of management, teambuilding, and leadership skills.

Finance:

Financial and Equipment/Asset Management Manage and control costs of production jobs. Manage equipment and materials (assets).

Production:

Maintenance and Equipment Repair Perform preventive maintenance on vehicles and equipment. Report on all non-operational equipment. Oversee facility maintenance.

Executive:

Safety and Risk Compliance/Management Understand and see that all personnel follow safety and risk management guidelines on the jobsite, in the office, and while traveling. Attend safety training.

Additional:

Other Duties, as Assigned Take ownership of Roles and Responsibilities. Handle recurring and unique tasks, as necessary.
