We're seeking a General Manager for an opportunity within a highly specialized aerospace manufacturing environment.
Salary :
$200-225k + 30% MIP bonus based on company/site performance +
GM Bonus Location :
Lawrence, MA The position has full operational and P&L responsibility for a multi-site operation focused on advanced metal finishing and chemical processing technologies supporting major aerospace and defense programs. The role offers significant leadership autonomy, direct executive visibility, and the opportunity to shape long-term operational strategy while leading an experienced management team.
