1st Shift Supervisor | $23/hr
Location:
Andover, MA Shift:
1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30
PM Pay Rate:
$23.00/hr Position Overview We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Production/Warehouse Lead to join our team in a supervisory capacity. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, supporting team members, and ensuring productivity, quality, and attendance standards are met. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support multiple Temporary Associates Provide leadership to other Production/Warehouse Leads as needed Coordinate daily schedules, assignments, and workflow Manage timekeeping, attendance tracking, and reporting Provide training, coaching, and ongoing performance support Communicate attendance or performance concerns with the staffing agency Ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are consistently met Assist with process improvements and operational efficiency Qualifications Previous experience in a warehouse, production, or manufacturing lead/supervisory role Strong leadership and team management skills Experience with scheduling and timekeeping systems Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish (highly preferred) What We Offer Consistent Monday-Friday schedule (no weekends!)
