Gould Construction Institute Instructor Sheet Metal Training Program Shape the Next Generation of Tradespeople The Gould Construction Institute is seeking an experienced and motivated Sheet Metal professional to join our instructional team. This is an exciting opportunity to pass on your knowledge, mentor future tradespeople, and help strengthen the construction workforce throughout Massachusetts. Whether you are an experienced instructor or a seasoned field professional looking to give back to the industry, we encourage you to apply. Position Responsibilities Teach classroom and hands-on sheet metal curriculum Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback Promote safe work practices and industry standards Assist students in preparing for successful careers in the trades Maintain a positive, professional learning environment Support apprenticeship and workforce development initiatives Preferred Qualifications Extensive experience in the sheet metal industry Massachusetts Sheet Metal Journeyman License required. You have to have a JM license to teach and we can assist with the necessary SM teacher license.
