Job Title:
Manufacturing Supervisor Job Description This full-time, on-site role involves overseeing daily operations to ensure the smooth running of all areas of the business. The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for addressing operational issues and implementing solutions to enhance workflow and efficiency, thereby meeting production deadlines. This role includes managing processes, staff performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Pay:
$35
  • $50/hr
Shift:
First (1st) shift: 7:00am
  • 3:30pm, Monday
  • Friday Responsibilities Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure smooth workflow.
Address operational issues and implement solutions to improve efficiency. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Manage staff performance and provide leadership and guidance. Optimize operational processes and workflow management. Essential Skills 3-5 years of hands-on experience in the machining/manufacturing industry, preferably in precision manufacturing. Strong leadership and team management skills. Experience in operational process optimization and workflow management. Excellent problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities. Effective communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in relevant software and technology. Additional Skills & Qualifications Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Track record of fostering a positive work environment. Strong time management skills and organizational abilities. Ability to identify and resolve issues related to costs and estimates.
