6/3/2026 Seeking a US Veteran, Guardsman, Reservist, and/or Military Spouse highly preferred for an Assembly Team Lead opportunity. The Assembly Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team of assembly technicians, maintaining production schedules, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Ultimately, the mission of the role is to manage and continuously improve manufacturing, quality to ensure excellent delivery performance and quality to company's customers in Americas region in Boston MA. The Assembly Team Lead plays a critical role in ensuring efficient and high-quality assembly operations.
Essential Duties and Accountabilities:
Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as production efficiency, quality rates, and downtime. Utilize production tracking systems and digital tools to monitor workflow and report issues. Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and work instructions Troubleshoot assembly issues and implement corrective actions Maintain equipment in safe and operational condition Identify training needs and support career development plans for team members. Schedule and assign tasks to ensure balanced workloads Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean or Six Sigma principles to enhance productivity and reduce waste. Reference ISO standards where applicable. Ensure compliance with environmental and health regulations; support EHS audits and initiatives. Maintain documentation and records for compliance and traceability Support audits and inspections as needed Coordinate with Planning and Warehouse teams to ensure material availability Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or excesses Minimize waste and optimize material usage Manage and develop strong teams with multiple functions in accordance with the division and operations strategy with clear plans and goals to ensure good customer satisfaction Coordinate with Planning and Warehouse teams to ensure material availability Uphold organization policies and standards, ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal regulations Recruit, train and supervise staff Manage team workloads to meet goals and deadlines Promote and enforce safety in workplace
Requirements:
US Veteran, Guardsman, Reservist, and/or Military Spouse highly preferred High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or associate degree preferred 5+ years of experience in assembly or manufacturing operations 2+ years in a supervisory or team lead role Easterseals
