What You'll Do:
As a Production Supervisor, you will lead manufacturing teams in a fast-paced production environment while driving safety, productivity, quality, and employee engagement. You'll play a key role in supporting daily operations, developing team members, and ensuring production goals are consistently achieved. Lead Team Leaders and production associates across one or more manufacturing departments. Ensure daily production schedules and operational goals are consistently met. Remove production constraints through coordination of tools, fixtures, materials, and staffing resources. Partner with Production Management to support operational budgets, labor efficiency, and production performance targets. Promote a strong safety culture by participating in safety initiatives, investigations, and corrective action implementation. Ensure standard work procedures and quality expectations are consistently followed. Monitor KPIs and production performance metrics while developing corrective action or recovery plans as needed. Coach, mentor, and develop employees through feedback, training, and performance management. Support hiring, onboarding, and employee development initiatives. Drive continuous improvement efforts focused on productivity, efficiency, quality, and employee engagement. Work cross-functionally with Production, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to support operational success. Support Lean Manufacturing initiatives and process improvements. Maintain a hands-on leadership approach and assist with problem-solving on the production floor. Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures. Perform additional duties as assigned. What We're Looking For 2-year business or technical degree preferred. Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills. Hands-on leadership style with strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to lead in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while managing multiple priorities. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization. Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong understanding of production metrics, operational efficiency, and quality standards. Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement. Experience with Lean Manufacturing, TPS, or ISO9001 environments preferred. Familiarity with SAP preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on your qualifications, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
