$40-55 hourly (depending on experience)

Responsibilities Lead and supervise sheet metal crews on assigned HVAC projects from layout through completion Coordinate fabrication needs with the in-house shop and manage material deliveries to keep crews productive Track crew productivity, manpower needs, and progress against schedule; report to the project manager/superintendent Read and interpret mechanical drawings, shop drawings, and specifications; perform field layout Collaborate with project managers, supervisors, and other trades to ensure work is completed on schedule and within budget. Adhere to all company and OSHA safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Qualifications Proven leadership and able to run a crew, hold a schedule, and communicate with PMs and other trades Valid Driver's License.
