Production Manager / Operations Manager Insulation & Gutters

247 Insulation of New England is a growing, customer-focused insulation and gutter company known for quality, integrity, and reliability. We're seeking an experienced Production Manager / Operations Manager to take ownership of our day-to-day operations — from job planning and scheduling to material management and crew coordination.

Your Role:

You'll be the backbone of our production — keeping jobs running smoothly, efficiently, and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and schedule all jobs for the week Order and manage materials and inventory for upcoming projects Coordinate and communicate with crews daily to ensure quality and timeliness Visit job sites for quality control and progress checks Work with office staff to manage schedules, permits, and job details Solve issues on-site quickly and professionally Ensure all work meets company and industry standards for safety and quality

Qualifications:

✔ Experience in construction, insulation, or home improvement (required) ✔ Strong leadership and communication skills ✔ Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities ✔ Ability to plan and manage multiple projects at once ✔ Valid driver's license and reliable transportation ✔ Self-motivated, dependable, and results-oriented
