Job Description

Production Supervisor, 2nd shift Founded in 1925, Hazen Paper is a world-renowned specialty paper converter and holographic originator. Hazen is one of the most vertically integrated holographic paper manufacturers in the world and is well known for producing the Holographic Super Bowl Program cover since 2004. Position Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our production operations on the second shift. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with OSHA standards while fostering a safe and efficient work environment. This role requires strong leadership skills, mechanical knowledge, and quality control. Supervise daily production activities to ensure adherence to quality standards and production schedules. Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff to enhance performance and productivity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and resolve any operational issues. Ensure that all safety protocols are followed by employees Qualifications Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing production industry. Basic math skills for inventory management and reporting purposes. Experience operating forklifts is preferred but not mandatory. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
