This role is vital in ensuring that production runs smoothly, efficiently, and in strict compliance with all food safety and marijuana compliance regulations. As the Edibles Production Lead, you will be responsible for managing daily operations on the production floor, supervising team members, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring that all products meet our quality benchmarks. Your leadership will drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes while fostering a safe and compliant work environment. Responsibilities Lead daily gummy production operations, including batching, cooking, depositing, curing, demolding, and packaging. Train, supervise, and support production team members to maintain consistent output and quality. Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance or troubleshooting as needed. Maintain accurate production records, batch logs, and compliance documentation. Ensure adherence to GMP, food safety standards, and cannabis regulatory requirements. Collaborate with R D on new formulations, flavor profiles, and process improvements. Conduct quality checks throughout production to ensure consistency in texture, potency, and appearance. Manage inventory of raw materials, ingredients, and packaging supplies. Uphold a clean, organized, and safe production environment. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in food manufacturing, confectionery, nutraceuticals, or cannabis edibles production. Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred. Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and GMP practices. Ability to operate and troubleshoot production equipment (mixers, cookers, depositors, etc.). Excellent attention to detail and commitment to product consistency. Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Familiarity with cannabis regulations and METRC (or similar tracking systems) is a plus. Be at least 21 years old.

Pay:

$18.00 - $23.00 per hour
