$22-$30/hour + Overtime Available Full-Time About the Opportunity JMT Staffing is partnering with a well-established manufacturing company to hire a Manufacturing Supervisor II. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced production environment, ideal for someone who thrives on problem-solving, team leadership, and driving operational efficiency. Position Overview The Manufacturing Supervisor II will lead daily production activities while ensuring safety, quality, and productivity goals are met. This role requires a strong floor presence, the ability to troubleshoot equipment, and effective communication with a diverse workforce. Key Responsibilities Lead daily shift huddles and oversee production floor operations Ensure efficient use of labor, equipment, and materials Monitor workflow, job sequencing, and production timelines Troubleshoot equipment and resolve production issues as they arise Drive corrective actions related to quality and performance issues Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and productivity Train, coach, and provide feedback to team members Track and report production metrics and performance data Coordinate with maintenance and other departments to resolve issues Assist with scheduling, staffing adjustments, and payroll support Qualifications Bilingual (English/Spanish) required 3-5+ years of manufacturing experience, with supervisory or team lead experience preferred Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot equipment Experience in a fast-paced production or assembly environment Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement experience is a plus Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Why Apply?
