This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supervising production operations, leading teams, and ensuring safety, quality, efficiency, and food safety compliance in a high-speed manufacturing environment. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in food manufacturing, beverage production, GMP compliance, lean manufacturing, and high-speed production lines . Key Responsibilities Supervise daily production operations and lead production team members to meet output, quality, and efficiency targets. Manage and oversee high-speed, automated production lines in a food manufacturing environment. Monitor production performance using KPIs, downtime tracking, scrap reduction, and throughput metrics . Ensure compliance with GMPs, HACCP principles, food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and company policies . Enforce OSHA safety standards and promote a strong safety culture in a manufacturing environment. Drive continuous improvement (Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S) initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste. Train, coach, and develop production employees on SOPs, safety procedures, and quality expectations. Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Planning teams to ensure smooth production flow. Maintain accurate production reports, shift documentation, and compliance records. Support food safety audits, quality audits, and regulatory inspections as needed. Promote teamwork, accountability, and strong communication across shifts. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications 3+ years of Production Supervisor or Manufacturing Supervisor experience in a food or beverage manufacturing environment . Strong knowledge of food manufacturing processes, GMP, HACCP, and sanitation standards . Experience supervising high-speed production lines or automated manufacturing equipment . Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and KPI-driven production management . Proven leadership skills with experience supervising teams in a manufacturing or production environment. Ability to manage performance, resolve conflict, and drive accountability in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills (verbal and written) across shifts and departments. Ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy, and physically active production environment . Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English for safety, training, and compliance purposes. OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification. Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt preferred). Experience with production scheduling systems, ERP systems, or Salesforce .
