Job Description Lead, motivate, and develop production employees to achieve operational goals. Drive performance related to quality, productivity, safety, cost control, and customer satisfaction. Develop and execute plans to meet or exceed departmental objectives. Monitor key performance indicators and utilize visual management tools to track results. Identify production bottlenecks, equipment issues, quality concerns, and safety risks, implementing corrective actions where necessary. Partner closely with quality teams to ensure products meet required specifications and standards. Provide coaching, training, and support to production personnel, leads, and setup technicians. Ensure staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation align with production requirements. Maintain appropriate inventory levels to support daily manufacturing operations. Prioritize departmental activities to ensure efficient workflow and on-time delivery. Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency, quality, and operational performance. Communicate production goals, expectations, and improvement opportunities clearly to team members and leadership. The Successful Applicant Minimum of 5 years of production supervision experience within a manufacturing setting or equivalent experience. Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, production processes, and quality standards. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical documentation, procedures, and work instructions. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing production personnel. Effective problem-solving and root cause analysis capabilities. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and manufacturing-related software systems. Strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives. What's on Offer Competitive salary range of $80,000-$101,000 annually.
