You'll oversee night shift production, ensuring safety, quality, and delivery targets are met while identifying opportunities to improve workflow, reduce waste, and increase efficiency. You'll oversee night shift production, ensuring safety, quality, and delivery targets are met while identifying opportunities to improve workflow, reduce waste, and increase efficiency. Your leadership will have a direct impact on both the team and the success of the operation. One of the biggest perks? A four-day work week. The standard night shift schedule is 4:30 PM - 5:00 AM, Monday through Thursday , giving you a three-day weekend every week. Additional scheduling variations may occur based on business needs. What You'll Be Doing Lead daily fabrication operations and production flow Drive safety, quality, and productivity across the shop Coordinate labour, materials, and equipment to minimise downtime Monitor performance and resolve production bottlenecks Support employee training and development Champion continuous improvement initiatives What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience in steel fabrication, manufacturing, or a related industry Leadership experience in a supervisor or lead role Strong blueprint reading and production planning skills Excellent communication and organisational abilities A safety-first mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
