• 75K•Lynn, MA Monday-Friday | 1st Shift | Full Benefits + Bonus Hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced distribution environment Schulte Staffing is hiring a Production Supervisor to lead a small team responsible for preparing and assembling fabric samples used in sales and customer distribution.

This is a hands-on role — ideal for a supervisor or team lead who enjoys working on the floor alongside their team in a light production / assembly environment. What You'll Be Leading Oversee a team of 8 employees handling cutting, sewing, and assembling fabric sample packages Assign and prioritize daily tasks to meet internal deadlines and customer needs Coordinate workflows to support seasonal demand and trade shows Ensure all products meet high standards for quality, accuracy, and presentation Monitor inventory and coordinate materials with warehouse and incoming shipments Track production data and support internal systems and reporting Collaborate with teams across operations, sales, and design What You Need (Must Have) Experience supervising or leading a small team (5-10 employees) Background in light production, assembly, kitting, or distribution environments Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Hands-on leadership style — comfortable working on the floor with your team High attention to detail and commitment to quality This is not a large-scale manufacturing management role — candidates should be comfortable in a hands-on, team-focused environment. Preferred Experience Textile, fabric, or product sample experience Experience with cutting tools or light equipment (e.g., shears) Bilingual (Spanish/English) for team communication Compensation & Schedule $62,000

• $75,000 annually (based on experience) Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM
