• We are seeking an experienced and motivated
• 3rd Shift Plastic Injection Molding Supervisor
• to lead our Production team.

This role is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing operations while supporting employee development, process improvement, and overall operational excellence. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with manufacturing experience who can effectively manage production activities, coach team members, solve problems, and drive performance in a fast-paced environment.

• Key Responsibilities
• + Lead and supervise production employees to achieve daily production goals, quality standards, and safety objectives.

+ Plan, assign, and monitor work activities to maximize productivity, efficiency, and resource utilization.

+ Promote effective communication and collaboration across shifts and departments.

+ Partner with Quality, Processing, Material Handling, Shipping, Maintenance, Engineering, and other teams to resolve production issues and improve workflow.

+ Train, mentor, and develop employees to improve performance, engagement, and technical skills.

+ Monitor production schedules, equipment downtime, scrap rates, and operational performance, implementing corrective actions when needed.

+ Support continuous improvement initiatives and communicate process improvements to management and engineering teams.

+ Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide regular coaching and feedback.

+ Review employee attendance, timekeeping, and payroll-related information for accuracy.

+ Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, work instructions, and quality requirements.

+ Prepare and maintain accurate production reports, shift documentation, and operational records

• Qualifications
• + 1+ year of lead or supervisor experience in manufacturing environment + Machine operation experience
