Job Description

Direct Hire (Permanent - Day One)
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead operations within a sheet metal and machine shop environment. This role is responsible for overseeing production, ensuring quality and efficiency, and driving continuous improvement while maintaining compliance with
ISO 9001
standards.
Responsibilities:
Direct and coordinate daily production activities to meet customer orders and deadlines Ensure compliance with
ISO 9001
QMS and all internal, industry, and customer quality standards Plan, schedule, and manage production to meet output, quality, and budget goals Monitor production runs and resolve issues to keep operations on schedule Train and support employees across multiple functions within the department Ensure finished products meet quality standards; troubleshoot and resolve defects Analyze and resolve production and personnel issues Review and approve employee timecards Enforce and maintain workplace safety procedures Ensure preventative maintenance and equipment calibrations are completed on time
Qualifications:
Experience working with
ISO 9001
Quality Management Systems Minimum 10 years of manufacturing experience, with a focus on process improvement At least 3 years of heavy metal fabrication experience preferred Previous production or plant management experience is a plus Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Knowledge of production technologies and manufacturing best practices
Compensation & Benefits:
