Production Manger

The Production Manager will oversee all aspects of the company's production process ensuring efficiency, quality, and on time delivery of products and services. This position will be responsible for:

• Ensuring production meets deadlines and targets, as well as, manage resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel.
• Overseeing and coordinating all stages of the production process.
• Identify and resolve production issues and bottlenecks.
• Supervising and motivation of all production staff.
• Provide training and development opportunities for staff.
• Evaluate staff performance.
• Ensuring that products meet quality standards and specifications as well as maintaining quality control procedures.
• Ensure that production operations are safe and comply with regulations.
• Implement and maintain safety procedures as well as address safety concerns and issues.
• Liaise with other departments.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices
• Analyze production data and identify areas for improvement.

Pay:

$75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
