Job Description

Production Supervisor We're looking for a collaborative Production Supervisor to help build the next phase of our manufacturing operation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong production background who enjoys improving processes, developing people, and solving problems alongside leadership. Rather than stepping into a fully mature manufacturing environment, you'll play an important role in helping establish production scheduling, improve quality systems, develop frontline leaders, and create sustainable processes that support future growth. What You'll Do Production Planning & Scheduling Help build and maintain an effective production scheduling process using ERP and production data. Coordinate production priorities with customer service, purchasing, and manufacturing teams. Identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements to increase workflow and efficiency. Quality & Continuous Improvement Develop and maintain QC and rework tracking processes. Analyze trends and recommend corrective actions to reduce waste and improve productivity. Monitor KPIs related to quality, delivery, inventory, and production performance. Leadership & Team Development Lead, coach, and support a team of 4-5 direct reports, including Team Leads. Evaluate current leadership capabilities and help develop training plans for frontline leaders. Foster a collaborative, accountable, and positive team culture. Operations Ensure safety, quality, and production standards are consistently met. Monitor inventory accuracy and communicate material needs. Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management. Partner with leadership on continuous improvement initiatives. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Manufacturing or production leadership experience. Experience working with ERP systems or production planning software preferred. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Comfortable analyzing production data and identifying opportunities for improvement. Positive, collaborative leadership style with a willingness to coach and develop others. Eager to learn new systems and help build processes. Microsoft Office proficiency. Spanish bilingual ability is a plus. Success in Your First Six Months You'll work alongside leadership to begin building the foundation for long-term operational success by: Establishing a more proactive production scheduling process. Developing QC and rework tracking systems. Assessing Team Lead strengths and identifying development opportunities. Learning our manufacturing processes and helping improve efficiency across departments.
Pay:
$65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
