Job Description

Overview:
Grove Street Services ("GSS") is a wholly owned subsidiary of Seyon Management ("SM"), a national property services firm, servicing some of the largest institutional real estate owners in the world. GSS is a premier provider of grounds maintenance, providing first-class value-add facilities services to clients across multiple locations. Reporting directly to senior management, the Production Supervisor schedules and directs personnel and resources for the purpose of providing quality and cost-effective service to clients. The position's primary responsibility is to oversee production scheduling, staffing, and training of crews. The Production Supervisor will support field managers and staff with service delivery and quality control, as needed.
Responsibilities:
Partner with account managers and clients to perform landscape quality audits to review landscape quality, task execution, identification of maintenance needs, and recommendation of enhancement opportunities. Maintain a full understanding of Grove Street Services Standards of Service and scope of service. Work with field managers to schedule labor, equipment, and material to accomplish production schedules within established budgets. Understand contract specifications and ensure they are met to maintain complete customer satisfaction. Hands-on-training and support of crew members including proper operation of equipment, safety, and quality standards. Provide production planning, oversight, and guidance to foremen and team members on client jobsites to drive customer satisfaction with timely and efficient service. Identify opportunities to improve production methods and provide additional training to team members. Understand and contribute to the profitability goals through proper planning of monthly operations including management of labor and material costs, and review of financial reports and results. Visit job sites on a regular basis observing organization of work, identifying and resolving training issues, and taking necessary actions to ensure quality. Maintain a high level of good housekeeping and care of company assets in the field, vehicles, shop, field offices, and customer work sites. Demonstrate ongoing leadership of a safety-oriented culture and hold all team members accountable for following safety procedures. Continuously mentor foremen to lead teams and develop crew member talent. Assist in managing snow operations and execute service deliverables. Perform other related duties as reasonably assigned or as required by
President Qualifications:
2-4 years landscape experience. 2+ years supervisor experience. Working knowledge of plant material and horticultural practices. Well organized and detail oriented. Strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, highly motivated, self-driven, and detail oriented. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong leadership and time management skills. Ability to prioritize and multi-task. Proficient with Microsoft Office with the ability to learn other industry programs quickly. Effective written and verbal communication skills Bilingual (Spanish/Portuguese/English) a plus.
Physical Demands:
Sitting for extended periods of time. Regularly required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and climb and balance. Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Regular, predictable attendance is required.

$70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
