This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands the entire millwork process, from estimating and shop drawings through fabrication and field installation. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of projects, lead a talented team, and help us build a first-class millwork operation. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge of architectural millwork, excellent leadership and organizational skills, and the ability to oversee projects from award through installation. This is an opportunity for the right person to play a major role in building and shaping a growing millwork operation backed by an established commercial construction company. Estimating & Project Management Estimate commercial architectural millwork projects Manage projects from award through installation Coordinate shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, and approvals Coordinate directly with contractors, architects, designers, and project teams Monitor budgets, labor, schedules, change orders, and project profitability Shop Operations & Production Plan and oversee shop fabrication and production schedules Coordinate materials, hardware, and purchasing Lead and support shop craftsmen and field installers Maintain high standards for quality, craftsmanship, and execution Required Minimum of 5 years of architectural millwork, cabinetry, or custom fabrication experience Strong knowledge of commercial millwork fabrication and installation Experience reading architectural drawings and specifications Estimating and project management experience Understanding of shop drawings and millwork detailing Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills Preferred Experience with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Procore, or similar software Compensation Salary commensurate with experience, with full benefits including vacation and sick leave, and a 401(k) employer match program.

Pay:

$95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
