We're hiring a Shift Supervisor to take ownership of plant operations during assigned shifts. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll lead a team, make real-time decisions, and keep a high-performance facility running safely and efficiently. This is not a sit-behind-the-desk position. You'll be on the floor, in the control room, and out in the plant making sure everything runs the way it should. What You'll Be Doing Lead and direct plant operations during your shift Supervise and develop a team of operators Monitor equipment and respond to operational issues Enforce safety protocols and environmental standards Troubleshoot problems and keep the plant running efficiently Serve as the point of contact when senior leadership is offsite What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in a steam-generating power plant environment Background as an operator, lead, or supervisor Strong understanding of plant systems and operations Ability to lead from the front and make decisions under pressure Comfortable working a rotating shift schedule Schedule This role follows a rotating shift schedule similar to a modified Dupont structure, including a mix of days, nights, and extended time off between cycles.
