Position Summary:

As the Max Exhibit Production Supervisor, you will oversee all aspects of production for Agam Max projects, ensuring customer satisfaction through accuracy and by meeting project deadlines.

Key Positional Drivers:

Supervise all production functions for Agam Max projects. This includes scheduling labor and working closely with Max Project Managers to set and achieve production timelines. Meet with Post-sale Project Managers to get an understanding of scope, budget, project particulars and participate in project kick-off meetings with the Max Team Leader, the project Detailer and Production Supervisor to review the project. Maintain tight control of rental inventory and lead continuous improvement initiatives under supervision of the Max Director. Attend Put-to-Detailing meetings to review project details and assigned tasks so all parties are aware of scope and their respective responsibilities. Monitor and manage build, preview, and ship dates on the timeline. Solve all production issues related to structure construction, graphics, ridged panels, and carpentry. Assist Project Managers in determining proper sequence and labeling for production drawings that will be used by the customer. Have complete knowledge of Agam product offerings and capabilities. Provide an engaged, energetic, thoughtful and "whatever it takes / yes we can" demeanor to meet and exceed customer needs.

Work Environment Related:

Position will at times require work beyond 40-hours per week. Travel is low.
