If you have a passion for Lean processes, a hawk-eye for safety, and the leadership grit to turn production targets into daily wins, we want you on the floor.

Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership:

Schedule personnel, monitor workflows, and resolve production bottlenecks to meet shift targets.

Safety & Quality:

Enforce strict OSHA compliance and quality standards; conduct regular inspections and maintain equipment to minimize downtime.

Team Management:

Train, coach, and evaluate staff; manage performance feedback and disciplinary actions per company policy.

Continuous Improvement:

Analyze production data, report results, and implement Lean/process improvements to enhance productivity.

5:00 AM - 3:00

College degree preferred.

Experience:

3+ years in manufacturing (HVAC highly preferred) with prior supervisory experience.
