•discounts on shopping, travel & more Proven continued business growth for future opportunities Position Overview We're looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations in a fast-paced aseptic production environment. You'll oversee production teams, schedules, safety, quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement while building a high-performance culture. What You'll Do Lead, coach, develop, and manage production employees Coordinate production schedules, startups, shutdowns, and changeovers Monitor workflow, output, product quality, OEE, and efficiency Drive continuous improvement and resolve production issues Lead shift huddles and ensure effective communication across teams Promote and enforce Safety, Quality, GMP, GFSI, and company standards Participate in safety and quality audits and corrective actions Conduct accident and near-miss investigations Support employee training, development, performance management, and engagement Maintain strong technical knowledge of production equipment and aseptic processes
Requirements:
What You'll Need High school diploma or equivalent 5+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably food, process, high-speed packaging, or Form-Fill-Seal 2+ years of supervisory, management, or team-lead experience Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of aseptic processes/equipment Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP/HMI systems Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment Strongly Preferred Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or related field Demonstrated success driving process improvements and operational efficiencies Strong collaboration and influencing skills
